Judiciary Training and Capacity Building

We design training around the law participants apply and the tasks they perform each day. That may involve speaking with the institution, reviewing existing procedures and identifying where a workshop, manual or other working tool would be useful.

A training assignment can include lesson plans, practical exercises, facilitator notes and participant materials. Where needed, we also prepare bench books, procedures or follow-up sessions so the work continues after the workshop.
