Working at Horn Legal

How we work together.

Careful legal work

We check the facts, research the law and explain uncertainty instead of hiding it.

Learning through practice

Junior colleagues learn by researching, drafting and discussing real legal questions with experienced lawyers.

Knowledge of place

Language, institutions and local context matter when legal advice is meant to work in practice.

Responsibility to others

We expect colleagues to treat clients, court staff and one another with care and respect.

Apprenticeships

Learn legal practice through supervised work.

Horn Legal considers apprenticeship enquiries from law graduates and people at the beginning of their legal careers.

We can consider a placement only when a lawyer has time to supervise and the firm has suitable work. If an enquiry progresses, we discuss the responsibilities, duration and location directly with the applicant.
