Contract Drafting, Review and Negotiation

Before drafting, we ask what the parties have agreed and where difficulties are most likely to arise. The contract should state the work, responsibilities, timing and consequences of a breach without making the arrangement harder to understand.

When reviewing a draft prepared by someone else, we point out unclear terms, unusual obligations and risks that deserve a decision before signature. We can also take part in the negotiation and prepare amendments.
